As an Area Manager, you will oversee multiple store locations, driving operational excellence and team development. Reporting to the Regional Vice President, you will lead store management teams to ensure exceptional customer service, sales performance, and adherence to company standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead by Example: Maintain a hands-on leadership approach, spending most of your time mentoring teams in the field.
• Drive Performance: Ensure stores meet sales, production, and profitability goals by monitoring key performance indicators.
• Team Development: Recruit, train, and support General Managers, Lab Managers, and store teams, fostering a culture of accountability and growth.
• Operational Excellence: Conduct store audits, oversee inventory control, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Customer Service Focus: Reinforce Eyemart’s culture of exceeding customer expectations through service and value.
• Business Analysis: Utilize dashboards, sales data, payroll, and P&L reports to drive continuous improvement.
• Multi-Store Support: Travel between locations to support store openings, training, and operational enhancements.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 2 years of multi-unit retail management experience
• Optical industry experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel as needed within the assigned region
